Seminar Pengorganisasian Perangkat Daerah Pelaksana

Urusan Kesehatan

Seminar Pengorganisasian Perangkat Daerah Pelaksana Urusan Kesehatan telah diselenggarakan Asosiasi Rumah Sakit Daerah (ARSADA) pada 25 April 2015 di Ruang Gradhika Bhakti Praja, Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah Semarang. Seminar ini diikuti oleh: Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi, Kepala Biro Organisasi Pemerintah Provinsi, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/ Kota, Kepala Bagian Organisasi Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota, para Direktur Rumah Sakit Daerah, Akademisi, dan pemerhati Rumah Sakit. Seminar ini membahas implikasi UU baru mengenai Pemerintahan Daerah dalam tata kelola perangkat daerah di sektor kesehatan. tema secara lebih khusus mengenai hubungan RSD dengan DInas Kesehatan. Seminar dibuka dengan keynote address oleh Sekda Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Pedoman Pencegahan, Perawatan, dan Pengobatan

Penderita Hepatitis B Kronis

Program imunisasi Hepatitis B sangat efektif mengurangi insiden dan prevalensi penyakit tersebut pada bayi. Dengan kata lain, upaya pencegahan tersebut berhasil. Namun, hal yang masih menjadi masalah adalah bagaimana mencegah dan mengobati penderita Hepatitis B agar sembuh atau tidak terjadi komplikasi seperti cirrhosis dan hepatocellular carcinoma. Estimasinya, 20-30% penderita Hepatitis B akan mengalami komplikasi tersebut. Diperkirakan 650.000 orang meninggal dunia setiap tahunnya karena komplikasi tersebut.

Dalam konteks tersebut, publikasi WHO ini memberikan pedoman bagaimana mencegah, merawat, dan mengobati penderita penyakit Hepatitis B Kronis. Ada sejumlah rekomendasi yang disajikan pada Bab V hingga Bab X dalam buku ini. Selain itu, ada juga panduan untuk implementasi upaya tersebut di level nasional.
